At the Beginning of my healing Journey I was so lost and confused. I was on a mission to find what could help me because I was soooo sick and tired of being sick and tired.
At 27 years old I was a mom of three young kids, wife to a husband who was struggling with his mental health and a real estate agent. I was busy and stressed but also trying to love life. I found it difficult to enjoy each day because I was in so much pain. My body hurt everywhere almost every day. My husband worked swing shift and it was so hard for me to carry my baby upstairs each night to put her to bed. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I remember the doctor telling me I would always have fibromyalgia and to find ways to cope either with medication or doing less. I was really not happy with this. I thought, "No way, I am not going to be in pain my whole life."
I started praying for guidance and inspiration on what to do and where to go for my healing. This led me to countless different trainings and methods to heal my Spirit, soul and Body!
Now more than 10 years and countless hours of learning later I am healthier than I was at 27!
I no longer deal with daily fibromyalgia pain. I don't hold on to emotional pain because I know what to do with it. I also know how to deal with things of the spirit and to be aware of where my thoughts are coming from.
